| 摘 要： | 新生档案研究是一项基础性工作,更是一项需要创新的工作。由于辅导员的工作性质,决定了他们是开展此活动的最佳被选择者。这项研究活动的开展,必须依据一定方式来呈现新生的基本信息。构建成为了这项活动的关键环节。建构、解读新生的档案的目的是使学校、教师、辅导员为学生健康成长创设更加合理、科学的教育环境。
