Analysis of College Associations Management with the Guidance of Mancur Olson＇s Interest Groups Theory

College associations are a kind of flourishing autonomous organization.It is the bridge between campus culture and emotional communication which is deeply acknowledged by college students and society.Meanwhile,such phenomena exist in college associations as the disorder of group access,ineffectiveness of the group operation mechanism,the ＂free ride＂ caused by the group interest mechanism.Mancur Olson＇s Interest Groups Theory focuses on the common interest of group members and discusses the action principles and norms of the participation in collective activities.With the analysis of scale and activity of the group,the theory comes to a conclusion that small groups and groups with selective incentive mechanism can be easily organized,which provides the path choice for effective college associations management.
