| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育事业的快速发展，重视高校财务管理、树立科学的高校财务管理理念，已成为当下高校财务管理工作的发展目标。在对高校财务管理工作中普遍存在的筹资渠道单一、投资盲目、收入分配机制不合理等问题进行分析后，提出了树立财务风险意识、制定合理分配机制、完善内部财务管理管理制度等相应的对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher education, the idea of devoting much attention to colleges＇ financial management and setting scientific colleges＇ financial management has been the aim of the present colleges＇financial management. This paper sets countermeasure on setting financial risk awareness, reasonable al- location mechanisms and perfecting internal financial managing system by analysing the present problems of simplistic financing channel, blind investment ,and unreasonable allocation mechanisms etc. |
