| 摘 要： | 毛圈织物剪毛机负荷量较大,本文通过对刀颤和烧刀现象分析,并在理论计算的基础上确定了螺旋刀和平刀正确剪毛角区域,在生产中取得了明显效果,并具有较普遍的意义.

| Abstract: | The shearing machine in cutting loops r,f single jersey plush fatrics undertakes heavy lood. The phenomena of the vibration and burs of cutting tools, which happen in cutting loops, are introduced in the present paper. Based on the theoretleal analysis, the range of the proper shearing angle between the flat blade and eylinder serew blades was found. Its application in practical production achieved good resu Its and showed general significance. |
