废涤纶醇解规律的研究

摘    要:本文用最佳化方法研究废涤纶醇解的规律,并建立起醇解后所得产物的软化点与涤纶醇解时反应条件的回归方程.利用回归方程计算出的数据作曲线,揭示出醇解中一些物理量之间的变化规律,利用曲线图可查出软化点与反应条件(加入甘油量、反应温度和反应时间)的具体数据,可供生产静电喷涂聚酯粉末涂料作涤纶醇解时参考.

Abstract:This paper studys the alcohol ysis rule of waste, polyester fibre by the optimization technique and builds the regression equations for determining the softening point of the product from the aleoho-lysis process and for determining the condition of the alcc.holysis reaction. The curves which are obtained from the calculation of the regression equation roveal the relationship between some physical variables. The data of tho softening point and the conditions of reaction(the amount of glyeerol, and the temperature and the time of the reaction etc. ) can be determined on these carves, and tho results can be used in tho electrostatic spraying polyester powder painting process.
