| Abstract: | Through the example-analysis to the listed companies in the stock market of China,we find out some disadvantages and limitations in the current board settings under the management structure of Chinese company, based on the related theories of board setting.Combining with the real situations in China,the corresponding policies and suggestions are given here. |
