| Abstract: | The influences of the additive compositions on bright tin electroplating process were studied experimentally.Three kinds of novel bright additives for both methanesulfonic acid bath and sulfuric acid bath were developed.According to the study on the influences of the process variables,the(parameters) of electroplating process were confirmed. |
