磁力温控离合器设计原理

摘    要:利用磁力传动原理传递扭矩,利用热敏软材料和永磁材料巧妙组合构成温控磁路,设计了一种磁力温控离合器;根据磁学最基本的库仑定律,推导出了该磁力温控离合器的最大扭矩计算公式,并通过实验验证,表明该公式具有较高的计算精度,对同类类型磁力计算具有指导意义。

Abstract:A temperature controlled magnetic clutch is designed, in which the torque is transmitted by magnetic transmission and the temperature controlled magnetic circuit is constructed ingeniously with a thermo sensitive soft magnetic material and a permanent magnet. According to the Coulomb's law of magnetism, an equation for calculating the maximum torque of the clutch is derived. Experimental results show that the calculated results agree well with the tested data. The method is instructive in similar types of magnetic calculation.
