数字控制系统的自激振荡及其抑制

摘    要:数字控制系统定位时将产生自激振荡,它对定位精度影响较大,因此必须对其进行抑制.针对实际的数字随动控制系统,提出用等效间隙非线性来描述其定位时非线性特性,且该间隙主要由传感器的滞后效应和控制系统的摩擦死区引起.理论分析与实验表明,双极PWM功率放大器可以有效抑制系统定位时产生的自激振荡.

Abstract:The positioning self-oscillation will be generated in the digital control system which influences the positioning precision seriously,its compensation is very important.It is pointed out that the positioning nonlinear can be described as the clearance which is caused by the delay of the sensor and the dead zone of the friction.Both the theory and experiments show that the double-pole PWM driver can improve the positioning precision for the digital control system.
