| 摘 要： | 利用具有普遍适用性的Cobb-Dauglas生产函数,推导出了度量投入要素劳动和资本的经济增长效应的计量经济模型,并采纳长春市的数据对模型进行了参数估计,从而得到了国有和非国有经济中,投入要素劳动和资本比例的变化对经济增长的影响。在对模型进行经济分析的基础上,提出了有利于长春经济良性发展的建议,即要保证国有资本和非国有劳动的高效率性,同时还要指导非国有经济的行业走向、技术含量等。

| Abstract: | With the commonly used Cobb-Dauglas production function,we deduced computation economic model for calculating the input labor factors and economic growth effects.After applying the data of Changchun for the model parameter estimation,we obtained the influences of capital rate and input factors from both national and private economy.Consequently,we put forward a suggestion beneficial to the economic developments in Changchun: to ensure the high efficiency for both the private working and the national capital,and direct the way for the private economy. |
