摘    要:本文对常减压装置节能技术改造情况做了全面介绍,并提出了改进工艺流程,降低工艺总用能;回收烟气余热,提高加热炉热效率;优化换热网络,提高装置热回收率是降低常减压装置能耗的三个关键性措施.

Abstract:The technical reformation to reduce the energy consumption of the atmospheric and vacuum fractionation division of the refinery is deacrided. The following are the key measures taken. Reformation of the technological process to reduce the tetal energy consumption. Recovery of waste heat of the flue gas, to inerease the heat efficiency of the furnaces, optimization of the heat-exchange system to improve-the heat recovery of the equipments.
