| 摘 要： | 在阐述热分析基本理论的基础上，利用I—deas软件对空间相机CCD电箱进行仿真，设定材料属性和边界条件，并对其进行了热分析计算，给出了CCD电箱的温度云图和计算结果。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic thermal theory,the CCD electric box of the space camera is simulated with I-deas software.After the determination of the material properties and boundary conditions for CCD electric box,we carry out the thermal analysis to the CCD electric box,and give the temperature charts and the results. |
