基于统计分析的大黄多糖提取工艺优化设计

摘    要:利用统计分析中的正交试验和方差分析,通过微波法确定中药大黄多糖的最佳提取条件,考虑的因素是微波功率、提取时间、提取次数、料液比和pH值。结果表明,大黄多糖微波提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间3 min,微波功率400 W,料液比1∶10,pH值为10。这种优化设计可以作为制定提取大黄多糖工艺的可靠依据。

Abstract:By means of orthogonal test and variance analysis in the statistics, the optimum conditions for the extraction of Chinese rhubarb polysaccharide is studied with Microwave method, which include microwave power, the microwave time, the extraction times, material-fluid ratio and pH value. The results show that the optimal conditions are: 400 W wavepower, 3 min. extraction time, 1 : 10 material-fluid ratio and pH 10. The design offers a reliable basis for the Chinese rhubarb polysaceharide extraction.
