| 摘 要： | 本文对小功率液压泵试验台常用的节流加载形式及存在问题进行了分析,提出了改进措施。用改进后的节流阀作为微机控制泵试验台的加载阀,并对其压力调节特性、节流阀刚度、阻塞特性等进行了研究。

| Abstract: | In the present paper, the way and existing problems of the throttling sand loading in the usual experimental bench for hydraulic pumps of mall power are discussed. The improved throttle valve is suggested to be
the loading valve for the experimental bench. And its adjusting perfor-mance, rigidity and choking performance were tested. The results showed that its main performances were greatly improved as compared with the conventional throttle valve and provided favorable conditions for the application of the small step motor in loading and of the micro computer in the control of the experimental bench. |
