再生铅低锑合金的工艺及应用

摘    要:提出了精炼净化再生铅的工艺及原理,经处理过的再生铅可以用来配制蓄电池用低锑合金。对高锑合金、普通低锑合金、再生铅低锑合金进行了对比试验与讨论。结果表明再生铅低锑合金充分利用了Sb、Cu、Bi等有用元素,具有较好的铸造性能、耐蚀性能、抗拉强度及电性能,且成本较低。

Abstract:The process and principle to refine and alloy the secondary lead are proposed. Low-antimony alloy of lead-acid storage battery can be made from treated secondary lead. The high-antimony alloy, regular low-antimony alloy and secondary lead Low-antimony alloy have been compared in different experiments. Because some elements such as antimony, copper and bismuth are fully utilized in Low-antimony alloy based on secondary lead. This alloy has a low cost and good properties of casting, corrosion resistance, tensile strength and electricity.
