摘    要:在回顾组织学习能力及其与企业绩效关系研究成果的基础上,以394家中国企业为问卷调查对象,对组织学习能力与企业绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究.结果表明:组织学习能力对管理创新和技术创新产生显著的直接正面影响作用,并且通过管理创新和技术创新对企业绩效产生间接正面影响作用.

Abstract:The relationship between organizational learning capability and firm performance was quantificationally examined based on reviewing the theories on organizational learning and its qualitative relation with firm performance.The sample of this study had 394 companies in China.Data analysis showed that organizational learning capability has positive direct significant impact on administrative and technical innovation,but indirect significant impact on performance by administrative and technical innovation.
