| 摘 要： | 为了提高辊缝在线预报精度,在传统影响函数法基础上,建立可以进行在线计算的快速辊系变形计算模型. 该模型综合考虑了各种因素对辊系纵向刚度的影响,省去了繁琐的补偿模型实验过程,在提高计算精度的同时大大提高了计算速度. 应用日钢1580热连轧数据进行了离线计算,分析了轧件宽度对辊系纵向刚度的影响,并与传统宽度补偿模型计算结果进行了比较. 模型计算精度有所提高,每个工况耗时20ms,模型可以在线应用.
