摘    要:采用光学显微镜,扫描电镜等分析方法研究0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo异质接头在时效过程中熔合区和增碳层宽度变化特点,结果表明,时效初期0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo异质接头在熔合区靠近奥氏体焊缝一侧有一定宽度的增碳层出现,随时效时间延长增碳层逐渐变宽,并且在达到峰值以后又逐渐变窄并最后消失,这种变化规律与传统A302/1Cr5Mo异质接头在时效过程中的变化规律完全不同。

Abstract:The microstructure of the fusion zone and the changing rule of the carbon-enriched zones in aging 0Cr6Mn13Ni10MoTi/1Cr5Mo dissimilar welded joints were studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is found that the carbon-enriched zone, to a certain extent, initially forms in austenitic steel adjacent to the weld interface in the fusion zone. With increasing the aging time, the carbon-enriched zone gradually increases. After it reaches the maximum it begins to decrease and goes to disappear finally. The changing rule of carbon-enriched zone width is different from the past A302/1Cr5Mo dissimilar welded joints.
