摘    要:新型耐海水腐蚀低合金钢10CrCuSiV,在大连海域全浸区挂片试验7a后的腐蚀率为0.23mm/a通过金相,岩相、X射线及扫描电镜、电子能谱等分析,都证明了10CrCuSiV钢的锈层致密,附着牢固,粘附性系数小,内锈层以Fe3O4为主,有良好保护性,而合金元素在蚀坑内的富集有效地抑制了局部腐蚀作用。

Abstract:10CrCuSiV was a new kind of low alloy steel for resistance Sea-corrosion,its corrosion rate was 0.23 mm/a in the sea after immersed 7 years.Used the metallograph,lithofacies-MIC, X-ray diffraction, SEM and electron energy spectrum etc, the results areshown:1)The rust on the 10CrCuSiV steel has strong adhesive power, compact textureand small adhesiveness coefficient. 2) In-surface rust of the 10CrCuSiV consists of theFe_3O_4 mainly and has better protection. 3)The alloying elements (Cr, Cu, Si etc.) arecollected in the rusy pit,so the local corrosion is controlled effectively.
