摘    要:风化壳淋积型稀土开采过程中,孔隙比为影响浸矿效果和矿体稳定性的关键因素.为探索不同孔隙比下风化壳淋积型稀土矿强度特性变化,选取6组重配比的稀土矿样,对不同孔隙比矿样进行了直接剪切实验,探讨孔隙演化对矿体抗剪强度的作用规律,揭示孔隙比对黏聚力和内摩擦角的影响机制.研究表明:不同孔隙比非饱和稀土矿对应着不同的剪切强度,基于试验数据发现剪应力与剪位移呈"类抛物线"变化,并建立了孔隙比与抗剪强度指标的关系模型.机制分析认为,随着孔隙比的增大,结合水膜效应逐渐弱化,粒间接触点数目也随之减少,使矿体抗剪强度减小.

Abstract:The porosity ration of weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ores is the main factor that affects the leaching results and the stability of the ore body. To determine the strength characteristics of weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ores under dif-ferent porosity ratios, six groups of rare earth minerals were reconstituted, and direct shear tests were performed for different samples. The effect of pore evolution on the shear strength of the orebody was studied, and the mechanism of the influence of porosity ratio on co-hesion and internal friction angle was revealed. The results show that the unsaturated rare earth ores with different porosity ratios corre-spond to different shear strengths. The relation between shear stress and shear displacement was summarized as parabolic type based on the experimental data, and the relation between the porosity ratio and the shear strength index was established. The mechanism analysis shows that with an increase in the porosity ratio, the effect of the bonded water film effect gradually weakens, the number of the contact points reduces, and the shear strength of the minerals reduces.
