大口径无缝钢管淬火冷却均匀性影响因素

摘    要:根据目前无缝钢管常用的外表面常压管射流与内表面轴向喷射冷却方式,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对大口径钢管淬火过程温度场进行数值模拟.分析了钢管的管径、钢管的旋转速度及内喷射冷却介质——水的浸润角对钢管径向冷却均匀的影响.结果表明:在大管径条件下,管径对冷却均匀影响不大;钢管的旋转速度不低于60 r.min-1,水的浸润角为270°左右时,钢管径向冷却均匀较好.
