摘    要:通过物质平衡原理讨论并新建立了计算方坯中心缩孔的数学模型,根据对数学模型的推导,给出了确定喷水强冷区的位置和确定铸坯表面与铸坯中心冷却速率比值G的方法。

Abstract:The updated mathematic models for calculation of the central pipe formotion in continuous cast billet are built up, based on the material balance and the previous published models. From derivation of models the methods for determining both the position of water cooling zone and ratio of the cooling fates of the surface against the center, G are also given out.
