| 摘 要： | 首先证明张量展开的一般公式。其次将张量展开的一般公式应用到Ｓｔａｒｋ效应中，计算出电四极矩张量的哈密顿算符的矩阵元，并计算出原子在外电场中能级位移量，计算结果与Ландау曾给出的一种标准的计算方法的结果相一致。

| Abstract: | A general formula for the expansion of tensor is proved. The formula is applied to interpret the Stark effect. The matrix elements of Hamilton operator of the quadrupole moment tensor is deduced. The displacement of energy level under exteral electric field is calculated by the method, which agrees very well with the result calculated by standard method. |
