异常炉况高炉冷却板及炉衬非稳态温度场

摘    要:以鞍钢新一号3200m3高炉冷却设备采用的冷却板为研究对象,探讨了异常炉况给冷却板寿命带来的危害,建立了异常炉况高炉冷却板及炉衬三维非稳态温度场数学模型,计算了当渣皮脱落、炉内煤气流温度突然升高、边缘气流发展时冷却板的温度变化,以及冷却水流速和渣层厚度对冷却板最高温度及热量损失的影响.

Abstract:The cooling plate was used as the cooling apparatus in 3200 m3 of new No.1 blast furnace and the abnormal operation endangering the cooling plate life was discussed by numerical computations. A three-dimensional unsteady state temperature field mathematical model for the cooling plate and lining was established in the time of abnormal operation. As the slag-metal skull fell off, the gas flow rate and temperature abruptly increased, and peripheral gas overdeveloped, the temperature change of the cooling plate was computed. The influence of the thickness of the slag-metal skull and the cooling water rate on the temperature field of the cooling plate and the heat loss was analyzed.
