| 摘 要： | 基于悬链线模型,详细地介绍了一种用于测定氧化膜生长应力的新实验方法。它的优点在于不必给试样单面施加抗氧化涂层,不需要研究材料的蠕变性质,也不必讨论试样的形变属于弹性形变还是属于塑性形变。
