纳米级WO3-CuO复合氧化物粉末的制备

摘    要:用超声喷雾热转换法直接制成纳米级非晶复合氧化物粉末,并采用XRD,TEM和TG-DsC手段研究纳米WO3-CuO复合氧化物粉末的热解与非晶向微晶的转化过程.结果表明用超声喷雾热转换法可以工业化大规模生产纳米级WO3-CuO复合氧化物粉末,粉末平均粒径<50nm,颗粒形状为球形.

Abstract:The method of airflow ultrasonic spray thermochemical process was discussed, which can be used to produce nano-scaled amorphous WO_3-CuO composite powders directly. The hot decomposition process and the conversion process from amorphous to micro-crystal of the powders were investigated by XRD, TEM and TG-DSC. The results show that it is feasible to industrially produce nano-scaled WO_3-CuO composite powders on a large scale by means of airflow ultrasonic spray thermochemical process. The average particle size of WO_3-CuO composite powders is less than 50 nm,and their shape is spherical.
