连铸异型坯凝固过程的数值模拟

摘    要:为了解决连铸异形坯的表面及内部裂纹问题,以实测异形坯连铸工艺参数作边界条件,采用有限元方法,利用ANSYS商业软件对铸坯的凝固发展过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与实测铸坯表面温度吻合.计算结果表明,对于SS400异型坯,在当前的工艺条件下,仅有圆角处的表面温度在二冷区中前段,温度处于高温塑性区,铸坯的其他部位表面温度均落在相应钢种的低温脆性区.因此二冷区可以进一步采用弱冷方式,使异型坯在二冷段和矫直辊前的表面温度处于高温塑性区.

Abstract:The solidification in a beam blank was numerically simulated by using ANSYS commercial software in order to analyze surfacal and internal cracks in the beam blank. The boundary conditions were based on measured technical parameters in practical production. The simulated result is in accordance with the measured surface temperature of the beam blank. It is shown that the surfacal temperature of SS400 beam blank is in the brittleness temperature zone except that of the fillet under the present condition. In order to make the surface temperature of the beam blank into the plastic temperature zone before it goes into the straightening zone, it is necessary to weaken the intensity of secondary cooling.
