建立和完善化解社会矛盾法律机制

随着改革进入关键时期，社会转型加速，人们的思想观念、社会结构和利益格局发生了深刻变化，影响社会稳定和改革发展的不利因素Ft益增多，必然会引发和加剧各种各样的社会矛盾。要有效化解社会矛盾，需要建立和完善一系列法律机制，逐步形成诉求表达机制、社会稳定风险评估机制、利益协调机制、信访维稳机制、矛盾调处机制、权利救济和责任追究机制。

The Establishment and Perfection of the Legal Mechanisms to Resolve Social Contradictions

With the reform entering a critical period and the acceleration of social transformation, people＇s ideological concept, social structures and interest layouts have undergone profound changes that will result in more unfavorable factors affecting the social stability and the reform and development, and causing and exacerbating various social conflicts and contradictions. To effectively ease social con- flicts and contradictions, we need to establish and perfect a series of legal mechanisms, and gradually form a mechanism to express different views, social stability and risk assessment mechanisms, benefits coordination mechanism, the petition stability- protecting mechanism, conflict mediation mechanisms, rights, remedies and accountability mechanisms.
