| 摘 要： | 伴随着商周以来契约活动的发展,文学中诞生了一个崭新的题材——契约叙事。历经汉、魏晋、唐宋元的发展,到了明清,以契约为内容的文学书写空前繁荣。其涉及的契约范围之广,领域之多也为前代所不及。其中伦理契约又分为婚恋类、亲情类、友朋类三种。这些契约叙事文本凸显了中国古典儒家文化传统,反映了明清之际重商、重利的时代特色。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of contract activities in Shang and Zhou Dynasties,there emerged a new theme named ＂contract narration＂ in the field of literature.After the development in the periods of the Han,Wei Jin,Tang,Song and Yuan Dynasties,literature with the content of contract became very flourishing in Ming and Qing Dynasties,when it covered more areas and fields than those of past dynasties.Ethical contract was divided into three types： love and marriage contract,emotion contract and good-fellowship contract,which highlights the classical Chinese Confucianism and reflects the features of attaching more importance to commerce and profit in Ming and Qing dynasties. |
