民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的园本管理

随着我国学前教育事业的蓬勃发展,民办幼儿园教师的专业化成为社会日益关注的焦点。然而,在现实生活中,受多方面因素的影响,民办幼儿园教师专业化发展缓慢。要改变此种状况需要社会、政府、幼儿园和教师个人多方面的努力。其中,幼儿园作为教师生存和发展的最直接环境,需从以下四个方面做起：树立正确的幼教思想和办园理念,并不断提高自身的管理水平;关注教师的日常需要,改善教师的生存条件;充分利用幼儿园自身的优势开展园本培训;对教师的工作进行合理化评价。

The Management of Teachers Professional Development in Voluntary Kindergartens

With the increasing development of the pre-education cause,the specialization of kindergarten teachers has become a topic that that attracts much attention in the society.However,in reality,due to various factors,the voluntary specialization of the kindergarten teachers develops slowly.To change this situation,we need the efforts from the society,the government,the kindergarten teachers and individuals,among which kindergarten as the direct environment for teachers survival and development must do the four things： setting up correct pre-school education and kindergarten-running concept and upgrade its own management level;taking care of teachers and improve teachers＇ working conditions;offering training work by making full use of the advantages of kindergartens;rationally evaluating teachers work.
