高等教育体系中生涯教育的定位与发展路径

生涯规划不仅是寻求“人”与“职”的匹配过程，而且包括自身素质的提高、自我价值的实现、才能的发挥、专业技能的精深与拓展、注重工作的挑战与丰富化等内容。随着我国高等教育实现从精英教育向大众化教育的转化，生涯教育亦受到越来越多人的关注与重视。在对生涯教育发展历程进行概述的基础上，对生涯教育在整个高等教育体系中进行合理定位，以探寻学校、社会、家庭三方联动的生涯教育的新的发展之路。

An Analysis of the Position and Development of Career Education in Higher Education

Career planning is not merely serving as a matching process between ＂people＂ and ＂career. ＂ It also co ntains the contents like the promotion of self - quality, the realization of self - value, the performance of talents and the deepening and expanding of professional skills, which highlights the work challenge and work enrichment. With the fact that higher education has been transformed from elite education to mass education, more and more people begin to concentrate on the career planning education. After generally describing the process of career education development, this paper aims to properly set the position of career education in the whole higher education system and explore a new development path for the career education interacted among schools, society and families.
