IEC 61850过程总线优化实践

摘    要:结合110kV浔北变工程,在间隔层设备和智能一次设备间使用过程总线交换强实时信息,采用GOOSE和采样值信息的共网传输模式,实现了故障录波、备用电源投切和低频低压减载等应用.经马可夫状态模型可靠性计算及经济性分析结果表明,这种集成化的设备和网络配置优于设立过程层交换机的传统方案.

Practice on the Optimization of IEC 61850 Process Bus

Abstract:In the 110kV Xunbei substation in Zhejiang Province,critical real-time messages are transmitted on the process bus between bay devices and intelligence primary equipment.Messages of GOOSE and sampled values are transmitted on the same network,which results in the application of fault recording,bus-bar automatic transfer switch and low frequency/low voltage load shedding.Reliability calculating(using Markov state model)and the economic analysis show that the integrated devices and networks configuration are better than the conventional scheme using Ethernet switches in process layer.
