| 摘 要： | 实现大学生充分就业，是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。在对和谐社会背景下大学生就业创业服务体系的现状进行分析的基础上提出，要建立健全大学生就业创业服务体系：政府要宏观调控，积极引导；高校要提升素质，搭建平台；社会要扩大需求，加强合作。从而促进大学生充分就业和创业，实现他们的个人价值和社会价值。

| Abstract: | Striving for college graduates＇ employment is an important component part to construct a harmonious socialist society. This paper, on the basis of an analysis of the present state in the construction of college graduates＇ employment and self- employment under the background of a harmonious society, holds that if we want to establish a satisfactory college graduates＇ employment and self - employment system, the government should carry out macro- management and initial guidance; the college should enhance its own quality and set up such a platform; the society should expend its demand and strengthen cooperation so as to promote college graduates＇ employment and self- employment and realize their individual value and social value. |
