大体积现浇混凝土的裂缝控制技术

摘    要:在大体积混凝土的施工中,通过合理选用原材料,用UEA外加剂代替相应水泥用量并调整配合比,并分层设置通冷水管降低水化热,实现了温度控制的目标,解决了高标号大体积混凝土使用普通硅酸盐水泥的裂缝控制技术问题.

Cracking Control Technology of In-Situ Bulk Concrete
Abstract:Usually, we use the slag cement of low heat of hydration in the construction of bulk concrete. However, the Portland slag cement of hydration is used in this project because of the high-grade concrete. Here, we use the select materials. The set extra admixture of UEA is instead of proper cement quantity and readjust the concrete bond. In addition, the cold water pipes are layer set to low the heat of hydration. Thus, the temperature of concrete is controlled, and the cracking control technology problems of high-grade bulk concrete are also solved by using Portland slag cement.
