| Abstract: | The main organ of scientific innovation in China＇s high-speed railway is so-called ＂the triple helix relationship structure＂ of the higher-learning scientific research institute,the high-speed railway construction enterprises and the government get together based on the requirement of construction of the speeded railway.The enterprises with high-speed railway construction take the lead position in the field of the scientific innovation of the high-speed railway and its construction.The higher learning and its scientific research institutes shoulder the heavy load of the science and technology innovation.The corp led by the Ministry of Railway plays the role of organizator and director in the scientific innovation and construction of the railway. |
