加快旅游城市发展的规划思考--以张家界城市规划建设为例

实行“农业产业化、加快工业化、推进城镇化”(简称“三化建设”)是湖南省的发展战略．在保护旅游环境的基础上，如何处理好产业化、工业化与城镇化的关系，将面临认识观念、规划模式及发展对策等问题．结合张家界市规划建设，对加快旅游城市的发展对策提出了一系列解决办法．

The Planning of Speeding up the Development of the Tourism City in Zhangjiajie Urban Area

To realize the agricultural industrialization, acceleration of industrialization and speeding up the urbanization is Hunan provinces developing strategy. Based on the protection of the tourism environment, how to deal with the relations between the integration, industrialization and urbanization, the tourism city will meet with such problems as realizing ideas, planning models and developing ways and so on. The paper puts forward a series of ways to speed up the development of the tourism city, combined with the city planning and construction in Zhangjiajie urban area.
