高速公路出入口选址双层规划模型研究

摘    要:针对高速公路出入口选址,建立了双层规划模型.上层规划以高速公路出入口的用地和建设成本、改进交通网络的成本和区域内的出行成本最小为目标函数,下层规划考虑了交通网络车辆弹性需求用户均衡配流.最后设计了一个迭代优化算法对模型进行求解.

Abstract:In this paper,using a bi-level programming model to describe the entrance of the freeway.The upper level problem is to minimize the land cost、construction costs、improving the cost of transport network、travel cost within the region based on the freeway entrance & exit.The lower level problem is to develop a user’s equilibrium distribution and assignment model for pickup and delivery and non-stop vehicle.Finally,aiming at the model,a literative optimization algorithm is designed.
