摘    要:绿原酸具有很强的荧光,Fe(Ⅲ)对绿原酸有荧光熄灭作用.基于此荧光熄灭作用,建立了测定Fe(Ⅲ)的荧光分析方法.在pH 4.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,选择最大激发/发射波长(338.0 nm/420.0 nm),Fe(Ⅲ)的相对荧光强度变化与浓度呈良好的线性关系,测定Fe(Ⅲ)浓度的线性范围为(3.20×10-7-1.00×10-4)mol/L,检出限为CL=9.30×10-8 mol/L.本法具有较好的选择性,常见的共存离子不干扰测定.用于实际样品中Fe(Ⅲ)含量的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:Chlorogenic acid possesses the property of strong fluorescence.A new and sensitive fluorimetric method for determination of micro amounts of iron(Ⅲ) was reported.It was based on the fluorescence quenching effect of iron(Ⅲ) on chlorogenic acid solution.In a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc(pH 4.0),the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of chlorogenic acid were found to be 338.0 nm and 420.0 nm,respectively.There is a good liner relationship between the concentration ranged in 3.20×10-7 mol/L to 1.00×10-4 mol/L,with detection limit of 9.30×10-8 mol/L.The proposed method has the advantage of good selectivity.Some common anions and cautions do not interfere.It has been applied for the determination of iron(Ⅲ) in the actual samples,with the satisfactory result.
