摘    要:合理施肥对提高工业大麻纤维的产量和质量关系重大.本研究通过盆栽试验研究了3个大麻品种(云麻3号、云麻4号、云麻5号)对养分的吸收,并采用离子耗竭法探索了云麻5号的养分吸收动力学特征.结果表明大麻植株对Ca的吸收量最高.云麻5号(Y5)植株中各养分积累量最高,除Mn、B外,Y5与云麻3号(Y3)、云麻4号(Y4)植株中的养分积累量均达到显著性差异(P<0.05).这些结果以及大麻根系对离子的吸收动力学参数能为工业大麻栽培中的合理施肥提供一些参考.

Abstract:In order to improve the yield and quality of hemp fiber, studies on the nutrition requirement are very important.The effective nutrient content and accumulation of 3 cannabis varieties(Yunma No.3, Yunma No.4 and Yunma No.5)were studied by potted experiment, the roots uptake dynamic parameters of Yunma No.5 were also measured by an ion depletion experiment.The results indicated that industrial hemp contained more Ca than any other elements.The accumulation to most of the nutrients of Y5 was the highest among the 3 varieties.The results and roots'' ions uptake dynamic parameters will provide reference in rational fertilization for industrial hemp plants.
