摘    要:黄瓜花叶病毒诱导处理后,烟株叶绿素a,叶绿素b,类胡萝卜素形成受阻;苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,总酚、类黄酮含量与品种抗性相关密切;抗病品种游离脯氨酸含量显著高于感病品种

Abstract:After the treatment of CMV induction,the chlo rophyll and the formation of chlorophyll b and carotenoid was being inhibited;t he activity of PAL,content of total phenols and flavonoid were closely linked to the resistance of variety;the free proline content of resistant varieties was obviously higher than that of susceptible varieties.
