摘    要:首次从云南重楼植物中分离得到的1株内生真菌(编号c 196),发现它对多种病原菌有抗菌活性.通过进一步对其培养特征,显微形态特征,电镜扫描特征的观察以及ITS序列测定和系统发育树构建与分析,发现该菌与巴西青霉(P.brasilianum)的赫昆青霉(P.paraherquei)的亲缘关系最为接近,相似性为99.6%,但形态特征存在差别,c 196菌株的分生孢子小梗有1~3个分支,而巴西青霉和赫昆青霉1,2]的分生孢子小梗都是4~7个分支.因此我们建议将其定为P.paraherquei的1个变种———赫昆青霉云南变种(Penicillium para-herqueivar.yunnanensisn.var Sun et Chen).

Abstract:One endophytic fungi from Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnnanensis was isolated and founded that it has antipathogeny activity against one or more pathogeny indicators.Through colony characteristics and morphological characters by microscopy and electron microscopy and ITS sequence analysed results The results showed that the strain c196 was very close to P.paraherquei.The similarities was 99.6%.But there is one morphological characters different.c196 strain differ markedly from P.paraherquei primarily in the divaricate arrangement of the metulae.c196 strain has a single vertical of 1 to 3 metulae while P.paraherquei has a single verticil of 4 to 7 metulae Upon morphological characters and phylogenetic analysis,the strain c196 was identified as a variety of P.paraherquei.
