| 摘 要： | 从含硫煤矿中分离得到８株硫杆菌（Ｔｈｉｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ）本文尝试了该类自养菌的分离培养方法，研究了其生长繁殖的规律，探讨了该细菌的最佳培养条件．
