| 摘 要： | 着重介绍了一种以计算机技术为基础的智能化,多功能监控系统.特别是综合了先进的工业称重技术、过程控制技术与计算机网络技术的物料储运,为化工领域的来料加工生产,提供了可靠的技术保证.实现了生产所需诸多工序的自动控制和各工序之间的联锁控制及监控管理.使计算机在PLC控制、组态软件监控显示的储运、配料控制系统中得到广泛应用.

| Abstract: | An intelligent and multifunctional monitored control system,which is based on the computer technology,was introduced.In particular,this material preservation and transportation system integrated multi-technologies such as advanced industrial weighing,process monitoring and network.It would provide a reliable assurance for working and producing of material in chemical industry.Therefore,the auto-control of serial procedures,the chain control and the monitor management among many procedures were realized.This work makes computer to be widely used in preservation and transportation of material system and mixture system with PLC control,configuration software controlling and displaying. |
