| 摘 要： | 简述了透微波材料的介电性能要求,综述了AlN-BN复合陶瓷材料介电性能的研究进展,分析讨论了AlN-BN复合材料的制备工艺、极化机理、影响因素,最后对改进AlN-BN复合材料的介电性能的研究方向提出了展望.

| Abstract: | The dielectric properties of microwave-transparent materials are described in brief in this paper,and some developments of dielectric properties of AlN-BN composites are summarized.An analysis is made of the mechanism of polarization and infectors on the dielectric properties of AlN-BN composites.The development on improving the dielectric properties of the AlN-BN composites in the future is pointed out in the end. |
