摘    要:以废塑料作基相,以工业废砂、废渣、废玻璃纤维作增强相的复合材料,其性能在很大程度上决定了强化相的数量、大小、形状、分布以及体积分数等因数。作为显微组织定量分析的理论方法,体视学提供了由二维可测参量导出三维空间显微组织量的途径,这些参量不但定量描述了多相复合材料的显微组织,而且还展示了复合材料的行为和它对显微组织依赖性的更好的科学理解。

Abstract:The properties of the composite mateuals which take the waste plastic as base phases and take the waste sand, slag, fiberglass as reinforced phases depend mostly on the quantity, size, shape, distibuiion and volume freaction of reinfonced phases. Acting as a theoretical method of quanfifative analysis, stereology pnovides a way deduce three dimension parameters of micro-structure from two dimension measurable panameters. These parameters not only describe quantitatively the micro-stucture of the polyphase materials, but also reveal the behaviours of the materials. Therefore, the concepte of stereology improve scientific comprehension of the relation between the properties of the composite and it's micro-stnucture.
