| 摘 要： | 以云南民族药为原料制成的QE-8407抗癌新药。经首内外有关单位测试。对小鼠体内Lewis、S180、Ehrlich、U14,W256、L1210、P388瘤株均有明显的抑制作用,取大鼠W256抑制作用的ED=288mg kg此外,还进行了急性毒性。亚急性毒性试验、局部刺激、溶血、抗过敏、热源实验及对狗的血压、呼吸、心率和心电图的影响、均未见异常。

W256 67.14. L1210 44.7. P388 sitophobia 53.9. ab lib 50.9. Besides. LD50 2001 mg / kg; short-term toxicity test; pocal excitation; hemolysis test; hypersensitive test; pyrogen test; and dog blood pressure, pulse. ECG Heart rate, all the reach of normal range. |
