蒙自桤木根瘤的显微结构

摘    要:蒙自桤木(Alnus nepalensis)根瘤内生菌-Frankia菌感染寄主根部后能形成一个围绕中柱维管束的含菌组织,在受感染的寄主细胞内,Frankia菌的菌丝从寄主细胞中央开始生长,菌丝生长的同时,受感染细胞的体积也随之增大,最后,菌丝顶端膨大,在靠近寄主细胞壁的区域形成泡囊从而成为成熟的固氮根瘤。

Abstract:A bacteria contained tissue will be formed at the surrunding of the vascular bundle when Alnus nepalensis is infected by Frankia. In the infected host cell, Frankia grows from the cell centre at its beginning, as the endophytae grow the host cell is also enlarged. At last, the hyphae tops swell and the vesicles are formed along the host cell wall and the nitrogen fixing nodule is formed.
