| Abstract: | The color reaction of rutin with aluminum(Ⅲ) was studied.In the presence of pH=5.6 buffer solution and CTMAB medium.rutin can reacts with aluminum(Ⅲ) to form a stable 3:1 complex.The malor absorptivity is 4.26×104L*mol-1*cm-1 at 430nm.Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0—400μg/L.This method can be applied to the determination of aluminum in steal with satisfactory results. |
