镉胁迫下玉米生理生态反应与抗性差异研究

摘    要:研究了镉对玉米(3个品种)根长,根鲜重等形态指标和叶绿素含量,POD,SOD活性等生理指标的影响,镉对根分泌物溶液电导率的影响,以及镉污染期和恢复期幼苗生长情况,POD活性,根分泌物溶液电导率的变化情况,探讨了在镉胁迫下3个玉米品种抗性的差异。新玉7号抗性较强,晋单36和云试3号抗性较弱。

Abstract:The effects of cadmium on the length and fresh weight of root,chlorophyll content,the activities of POD and SOD of three maize varieties are studied.The effects of cadmium on conductivity of root exudates solution and the growth conditions of the maize seedlings,POD activity and conductivity of root exudates solution in the cadmium contamination and recovery period are also studied.The paper probes the difference of resistance among three varieties of maize (Xinyu No.7,Jindan No.36 and Yunshi No.3) according to above determination.The results show that the resistance of Xinyu No.7 is stronger than the other two maize varieties.
