| 摘 要： | 以云南栽种马铃薯的3个品种（“合作88”、“会泽红”、“大西洋”）脱毒试管苗为材料，研究诱导试管薯的形成及发育情况，结果表明：在含有120g/L食用白糖＋3．0mg/L6-BA的MS培养上，在适宜的光照下，可诱导试管薯的形成。

| Abstract: | Using vitro-free plantelets in vitro of 3 Yunnan cultivars of potato (Cooperation-88,Huizehong,Atlantic) as the experimental materials,the authers studied on growth and development of potato microtuber.The results showed that the plantlet in vitro cultured in MS medium containing 120g/L sugar and 3.0mg/L 6-BA may be induced potato microtuber under suitable light intensity. |
